We Build What You Ask For

FalconryLab is not built in isolation. Every feature in the app started as a conversation with a real falconer about a real problem they face in the field. When our early users told us they needed a way to calculate how much to feed their bird based on yesterday's weight change, we built a proprietary feeding calculator that incorporates burn rate data from hundreds of real falconry sessions. When beta testers asked for better offline support because they hunt in areas without cell coverage, we rebuilt our entire data architecture around local-first storage with background sync.

How Feedback Works

Every piece of feedback submitted through this form is read by our development team within 48 hours. We categorize feedback by type, feature request, bug report, or general observation, and route it to the appropriate team member for evaluation. If you include your email address, we may follow up with questions to better understand your use case. Particularly insightful suggestions are often discussed directly with the contributor before implementation.

We do not use automated support bots or outsourced customer service. The people reading your feedback are the same people writing code and designing interfaces. This direct connection between users and builders is intentional, as it ensures that nothing gets lost in translation between what falconers need and what gets built. Whether you are reporting a minor interface inconsistency or proposing a major new feature, your message reaches the people who can act on it.
